I am a 4th-year Computer Science student specializing in Artificial Intelligence at Queen's University. My technical journey spans building scalable backend architectures at Bettermode to architecting proprietary multi-agent systems (MAS) that automate venture creation alongside researchers at the University of Oxford.

Built a deep learning model using transfer learning to predict transcription factor binding sites from DNA sequences. Preprocessed genomic datasets and fine-tuned residual neural networks to classify binding regions, supporting biomedical research in eye-related genetic conditions.

Simulated a medical imaging pipeline by reconstructing a 3D femur model from cross-sectional contour data using dynamic programming and minimum-area triangulation. Designed and implemented a mesh generation algorithm to interpolate between anatomical slices, enabling precise bone surface modeling for potential use in surgical planning or prosthetic design.
